100 Rep Core Challenge

Well, I’m getting to be a big fan-boy of Kayla Itsines’ workouts. Which is kind of funny because she has dedicated her career to only helping women. If only she knew….

As far as my core goes, I’m very much a beginner so for this 100 Rep Core Challenge, I’ll be trying to do 10 sets of 10 resp of alternating bent leg raises.

This core workout challenge is going to help you strengthen your core and build your ab strength, with no equipment required! It is quick and challenging, and with no equipment, you can do it at home.

To complete this core workout challenge, you can choose the level of difficulty that best suits you. If you are a beginner, you can do an alternating bent leg raise, if you are intermediate you can do an ab bike, and if you are advanced you can do a bent leg jackknife. The aim is to complete 10 sets of 10 reps with a 10 second rest in between. If you want to really challenge yourself, try doing 100 reps in a row with no rest!
