Winter Training Plan

My morning runs are now run in the dark and they are definitely getting cooler, so it’s time to readjust my training plan.

I’ve decided to loosely follow a half marathon ‘just finish’ training plan by the Hanson Brothers. Because I’ve already been running, I added more milage in the first few weeks. Plus, I shifted the whole schedule back on day so that my long run is on Saturday, which gives me Tuesdays as my only off day.

As of right now, I still don’t have a date (or even a month) about when I will be able to return to Nepal. So, this schedule will be my city schedule until I move back to the mountains. Hopefully that will be soon but could actually be after the new year.

I’ll still try and do core bodyweight workouts 2-3 times a week and bike as long as weather permits.
