8-min Core Workout

Here’s an 8-min core workout that you can do after your run from the coaches over at The Run Experience. Don’t worry, it’s harder than it looks.

The workout consists of 4 exercises:

  • tuck to a V – 45 seconds, then 15 seconds rest
  • elbow plank rock – 45 seconds, then 15 seconds rest, then back to ‘tuck to a V’ and repeat
  • hollow rock – 45 seconds, then 15 seconds rest
  • up up – down downs – 45 seconds, then 15 seconds rest, then back to ‘hollow rock’ and repeat

They give modifications for the ‘hollow rock’ and I definitely needed them. That’s a hard one to do. Enjoy!!! 🙂
