Upper Body Workout

This is a quick upper body workout by SWEAT trainer Kayla Itsines that I modified (time). Enjoy!! 🙂


Just put the video on repeat and keep going. Great motivation!

BBG Upper Body Workout With Dumbbells

  1. Curl & Arnold Press – 12 reps ⁣
  2. Side Raise -12 reps ⁣
  3. Bent-Over Row – 12 reps ⁣
  4. Bent-Over Reverse Fly – 15 reps⁣
  5. In & Out Push-Up – 12 reps ⁣

I repeated the sequence for 7:00, rest for 1:00, then repeat the whole thing 2 more times, using a 4lb dumbbell. Will work up to 4 rounds.
