BBG Upper Body Workout With Dumbbells
- Curl & Arnold Press – 12 reps
- Side Raise -12 reps
- Bent-Over Row – 12 reps
- Bent-Over Reverse Fly – 15 reps
- In & Out Push-Up – 12 reps
I repeated the sequence for 7:00, rest for 1:00, then repeat the whole thing 2 more times, using a 4lb dumbbell. Will work up to 4 rounds.
